QUALITY POLICY
Quality and personalised care are the fundamental values of the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace. Above and beyond its public service mission, it places great importance on respecting each patient’s individuality.
On 15 July 2015, the French Haute Autorité de Santé (National Health Authority) awarded the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace grade A certification “without reserve or recommendation” (the highest grade awarded to healthcare institutions).
EVALUATING YOUR STAY
We hope that you have been entirely satisfied with your stay. You will be given a leaving questionnaire in the Department. Because it is important for us, we request you to kindly fill it in. We value your feedback and it allows constant improvement of our services. Any difficulty you may have encountered during your stay, any claim or complaint will be taken note of.
In case of complaint, you can be put in contact with a mediator designated by the CMAPP (Commission de Médiation et d’Amélioration de la Prise en Charge du Patient) (Commission for Mediation and Improved Patient Care), whose role is to listen and satisfy your requirements.

Your replies will be part of a quarterly analysis that is sent to each department to adjust the responses to the expectations you express to us.
However, your feedback is examined as we receive it and passed on to the healthcare professionals concerned, to allow them to respond in writing.
